NICOLE EDINGTON

Attorney at Law

For over 20 years I’ve been practicing law in the state of California. After receiving my law degree from Humphreys College School of Law in 1995, I’ve spent over two decades helping clients throughout the Modesto area with a variety of estate planning issues, including probate and estate administration, trust administration and distribution, durable powers of attorney, and petitions for succession. I also do pro bono work for the Senior Law Project in Modesto.

ALLOW ME TO PROVIDE THE QUALITY SERVICE YOU DESERVE.

Here are some reasons why I’m the ideal attorney for you.

1. This isn’t just my job, it’s my passion.

I decided to focus on estate planning because I realized just how many people were in need of adequate legal counsel and guidance so that they could ensure their families could be taken care of when they’re gone. My goal is to help set you and your family up for a bright future.

3. I can put your mind at ease.

I get it. Planning for the future can be stressful, especially when it comes to making tough decisions about assets and financial matters. That’s why I’m here to offer my legal advice and support at every turn. My goal is to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible.

2. I’ll explain the process from start to finish.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s how complex estate planning matters can be. That’s why I make it a point to explain everything in simple terms to all of my clients, right down to the last detail — so you can feel confident about every decision you make.

4. My consultations are free.

I’ve learned that many people are interested in estate planning services, but unsure of whether or not it’s worth the cost. That’s why I offer free case consultations with all of my clients, so we can sit down together and talk about your options before ever charging a fee.

IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW YOUNG OR OLD YOU ARE. YOU CAN START TODAY.

I always try to remind people that it’s never too early or too late to begin planning for the future. Whether you’re fresh out of college or you’re in the middle of raising children, no time is better than the present to begin planning ahead.

With a simple case consultation, we can sit down and discuss what your plans are for the future and begin to outline the steps needed to ensure the needs of you and your family are met.
